Our experience with four precious paws was excellent. Ladies that came to PetSmart in Carmel on Saturday morning were super kind. We were fortunate to adopt a pup, Karley, she has been an excellent pet and adapting extremely well already. She's adorable, and already becoming one of the team.
The staff is friendly and very professional. They genuinely care about our furbabies. It is a discounted price as compared to a Vet clinic. In and out in a day, no overnight stays.
Called on thursday, multiple times finally got an answer. Was told over the phone that they didnt start the sign ups for the adoption event until they arrived.which would be between 11-11:30 am they didnt arrive until almost noon. Boy was that not true. Petsmart/4paws was letting people sign up as soon as the store opened and the event didnt start until noon. Signed up at 10:10am because we heard a rumor that there was a list at front of store (whwere there was no signage to sign up was what we though 19th on the list but due to them letting people sign up before event/dogs even arrived found out we were actually 19th on second page so 40th roughly. No clear communication amongst store staff and the very large crowd that was there. Very disappointed and feel we were mislead by our phone call. We drove over an hour to be there early to be there when they arrived so we could get on the signup sheet and take a new family member home instead we walked away empty handed and when we told them this was not how we were told the event would he handled we got no reply from either store manager or 4 paws staff
They are so awesome with helping me get things taken care of for all my rescue fosters and they are amazing with them especially the ones who are so scared.
That is a good place to Go had our kitten muttered and first shots only 74.00 for all they do good work
