Our appointment was at 10:30 & I called to let them know we had arrived (per their request and Covid reasons). We waited for over an hour for someone to come and get my dog. (Unfortunately, I had taken my 2 grandbabies with me...)nI called the week prior to schedule him for his allergy problem but they couldn't get him in for over a week. He has been a patient of record for several years (with the same allergy issue) but they refused to give him anything for relief. They said he was due for his annual exam and I could give him Benadryl (which was NOT helping). In the weeks time, he developed a skin infection. A simple cortisone shot could have prevented all of this or if they would have given him medicine until his visit.nThe last time I took my little dog to this vet, they let her fall off the table and a big dog came after the both of us at check out. This has happened twice there!! I would have been happy to reschedule to a better time had I known it would be an hour and a half. There seemed to be some unhappy customers in the parking lot as well.

My cat had started to show some lameness in his back legs, so I took him for X-rays at Noah's Ark. I was told my cat's kidney was over double the size it was supposed to be. I followed the vet's recommendation, spent A LOT of money on prescription food, and was referred to Purdue for follow-up testing. At Purdue, they told me my cat's kidney was working perfectly. The vet at Noah's Ark had mistaken his BLADDER for his KIDNEY in the x-ray! I wasted hundreds of dollars at Noah's Ark and Purdue for them to tell me the diagnosis was wrong. Luckily Purdue helped me find my cat's underlying issue, but I will not return to Noah's Ark if the doctor cannot determine the difference between a kidney and a bladder in an x-ray. It's a shame because the staff was extremely helpful and I really enjoyed my services at this clinic until this happened.

I am so sorry I was so upset about hallie my mom died 3 years ago I told mom I would take care of her I don't want her to die but I don't get paid till Wednesday I got her there between 15 to 18 years ago will you let me still come there what options do I have for payment
