I love coming to this vet. They treat my family and my pets with such care and understanding. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and never had a bad experience. When I had to get my cat put down, they gave me all the time I needed with her and we so caring about the process. I will continue to go here!!!! Best vets and staff!
I enjoy taking my dog Charlie to Jefferson Road animal Hospital. Very professional, very thorough and treat Charlie like he’s one of their own. Doctors are very informative, they take their time, and make it as much as possible, an enjoyable experience for the animal. I trust them so much that I referred my mom and dad and their dog Mosey to them, and they were very impressed with the service that they received.nI highly recommend them!nDarla Sloan
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was seen almost right away, and they helped to make both me and my kitty feel comfortable.

Jefferson Road Animal Hospital has a wonderful professional staff who cares about each one of our pets in a personal and compassionate manner.nI always feel informed and comfortable with my and my pet's interactions with the Doctors, techs and support staff. Dr. Rigsby and the other vets have been so responsive with my concerns as a new puppy AND older dog mom and I have appreciated her responsiveness to my concerns and questions.nThe facility is spotless and the appointment option makes it so easy to bring my doggies in. Thank you to Dr. Mason and his dedicated staff for all the good work you do in the office and our community! Highly recommend!!
