We have used Northeast Animal Clinic for years. Most recently for my senior husky. They have been phenomenal. They performed surgery to help him and gave us every option possible, supporting us every step of the way. Dr. Byerly is amazing. They also were honest with us when we were out of options and it was time to let him cross the rainbow bridge. They were also awesome when it came to our other dog that has situational aggression. This isn't just a vet, they treat your animal like their own.
The Vets & Staff have always been very kind & courteous to us. They have always treated our furry family members with utmost respect & care. We have used Northeast Animal Clinic for years & will continue to do so. I have referred them to our friends & our family members..
Great experience. Phone in upon arrival and staff comes to vehicle for appointment; going that extra mile to help keep others healthy. Although they liked kitty Helios so much we did not think they were going to bring him back out to the car when they finished. They kept contact by phone during to communicate about visit. Definitely recommend!
I am very pleased with this clinic. They care about me & our pet. I have taken both my dogs here. When my husky passed they were very caring & compassionate to my loss. I now take my other dog here & have had no problem getting him in for his appointment time or if I need anything they are very accomodating to help me. I like the staff & vets & my dog does to. I highly recommend taking your pet here. As far as the people complaining about this clinic & the people that work here, I have been here on different occasions & witnessed first hand some of the clients that bring their pets here & get rude with the staff here for things & it is pretty sad that people can't be more understanding if they may have a little bit of a wait time or expect alot & then try to make a business look bad because of their rudeness. I highly recommend taking your pet here.
They are friendly professional and always fair pricing! And they always always treat my little guy great!
