Downtown Parking Garage

Great addition to Kokomo. Great parking, very close to all walking locations (restaurants around square), directly across from YMCA, and more. Perfectly safe, and 4 levels of parking. I do not believe Sheldon's review at all.

Seems to be a nice parking garage.nIts clean.. its free... it has parking and charging for electric cars.

If you visit here during traditional hours, you'll probably have a safe time. However, you should ALWAYS be careful here, especially after hours or on Sunday. Downtown Kokomo has a HUGE homeless problem. On August 27, 2017 Sunday at 5:15pm, I went there to play Pokemon Go when some homeless guy tried to mug me for my cell phone. He chased me all the way around the parking garage up to my car. I narrowly drove away with seconds to spare as he punched my driver side window. Police were notified and I warned all my friends.
