Obviously, you know what to expect from a Domino's. This location got it right - from my request for an itemized receipt, to the driver arriving early with the order. Was it hot? Oh, yeah, it's hot... In all seriousness, hot fresh food is great to eat after a long day of wearing a mask. Adam the delivery driver was polite, also. All that makes it 5 stars. Thanks again.
Very disrespectful! I was cut off in the middle of my order and told the price. After telling him that i was not finished with my order yet he became angry and aggressive. I remain calm and continue to try and finish my order. While doing so he kept interrupting me and kept giving me the price before i could finish. Finally after several interruptions i gave up and was forced to not get what i fully wanted to order. After all that abuse i still remained calm and nice. He aggressively said it will be 35 to 40 minutes! I said thank you sir have a great night. He grunted and hung up the phone. This man should not be on the phone taking orders if he can not handle such a easy task without having a childish temper tantrum!
Food here is always great. This time the person at the window forgot to hand out all of our food. They called my phone after we got home. We had to go back to get the rest. They didn't offer to deliver or compensate us in any way for their mistake.
Have ordered many times and love their pizza but the last 3 times I’ve ordered the food took forever to be delivered and it was cold. Called tonite and ordered a sandwich and salad and it has been sitting in “quality check” on the tracker for 30 minutes!
1) Even though I signed-up for text alerts but never got one, so when I finally decided to go through the drive-up my pizzas were getting cold and dried out.n2) The store was on a Block from my bank so I couldn't use my card because of over-charging (I was very lucky I had just enough cash on hand).n3) My sandwich that I ordered was bread with half a slice of cheese and 2 pieces of meat. It was absolutely pitiful!
