Very thankful for all the help i have recieved from these wonderful people. They are always very friendly and eager to get to the bottom of your issues. They are always reassuring me of my concerns. They are polite and really work with you.

I have applied for health insurance for the last two years - I submitted all the proper paperwork into the Howard County office and both times they have assured me that all the paperwork has been submitted correctly, this is what the lady's say that are supposed to help you and let you know if anything else is required-but why is it in the last two years my insurance has been canceled and locked out (no insurance) for 6months. This is because??? Why poor communication systems and the lady's at the front desk Don't CARE to help people they discriminate - So they just tell you sorry about your luck- in the office and on the phone - so basically people's time and gas is waisted on paid tax dollars, go into people that just Lie to the people-that need help. Anyone having issues go to Project Access for the proper Help
