Local, closest by my place, longest hours of any other liquor stores around... friendly staff, decent prices compared to the competition... what can I say? Sunrise Liquor for the WIN!
I hate leaving bad reviews but for this place I feel like I have to. I called to ask if they had a certain liquor that was my deceased cousin’s favorite for a Day of the Death altar. An employee told me they had sold the last bottle that day but would potentially be getting more in 2 days and that I should call at noon. Great! Then when I called 2 days later at noon I was told by a different person who seemed to just want to end our call that they weren’t getting their delivery until 2 and I should call then. Ok! No worries! When I called at 3 (thinking I would give some time for things to settle) I was told they had one bottle showing as in stock but they would go check... I was then on hold for over 20 min (enough time for me to drive over to the liquor store) and was able to listen to everything going on in the store as I was not actually placed on hold. When I arrived at the liquor store to ask IN PERSON I was just told “oh no we don’t have it”.... I’m done... I was waiting to buy other stuff for my self because I wanted to give them my business since the first employee had been so helpful and he was the only one that gave me hope of finding my cousin’s favorite liquor but this was such a bad interaction I literally drove another 15min to a different liquor store because I didn’t want to give them my business.
They carry all my favorite brands. The store is clean and we'll stocked.
All good a great place to go, they close at 10 on Friday and I think on Saturday also ,do go before that Indeed.
Glad they are open till 10. Good people, staff are willing to help you find the perfect liquor, or give you ideas of you're like me and are very indecisive.
