I haven't been to Palmer's in over 20 years. I remember my Gram taking me to Palmer's as a child. I stopped in yesterday to pick out a gift for my daughters 21st birthday. I noticed the inside of the store has been updated and looks more modern. However, the customer service is still the same as remember.
