Prancing Ponies

I made a reservation and paid my deposit for my granddaughters event. However the day before the event I was told there was an issue at the clubhouse and I couldn’t use the location. At the last minute I had to find another location which was a Hotel conference room. The hotel manger said due to insurance liability no horses. I canceled the horse and asked for a refund I was told by Brooke I could get a certificate for future services, however I explained I had no use for future services this was a one time event. I advised the website does not say anything about the refund policy and that should be listed. Brooke now refuses to answer my emails.
