I’ve only had great experiences here. The employees have always been friendly and professional. I also love the convenience of using the self-serve machine to create shipping labels, weigh/measure packages, etc. I’ve never had to wait long.

Edit: they've slowly improved but still sometimes packages are not delivered to the correct address while still marked as delivered.nnQuite possibly the worst post office that exists in the state. The employees here will make you cringe with their terrible customer service. Drive the extra 5min to the Carmel Post Office and avoid this awful place!

Moved to Westfield 4 months ago and use my eBay business to sell items- in the month of November alone they’ve lost 2 of my packages I’ve dropped off in the drop box. Make the extra drive and go to Zionsville or Carmel. HORRIBLE.

I’ve use this post office a couple times and I’ve had no issues. They were helpful.

I appreciate the hours of operation of this location. The staff are generally kind and helpful.
