They sold me a broken Nintendo switch. When I came in to look at the switch they had factory reset it and had not had it set up so that we could fully test the switch! They said it was in full working order and that there were no issues with the switch. When I got the switch set up the sound did not work and the joy cons had drifting issues. When I brought this issue up they lied and said they would take care of it for me. They then called back and said they would not return the switch and that it wasn't their problem. Rare finds is the definition of scam artist. Save your money and do not buy from rare finds jewlery and pawn!
Awesome people and good service. I bought a sound bar and they hooked me up with $40 dollars worth of cables to transfer the sound of my tv to the sound bar!! Thank you
I do know a thing or two about pawn shops, and this was the most comfortable, friendliest, and fairest shop I have ever been. Joel, Sergio, have made such a comfortable place to talk, discuss, and even deal. thank you so much.
This is my favorite store in Salem, And they have great customer service, I had put my drum in for a loan, and could not get it out when it was due. But after a few weeks, I was able to come up with almost the right amount. Joel, the owner, helped me out and cut me a great deal to get it back into my hands, and I would recommend Rare Finds to anybody looking for really Kool stuff, and awesome caring customer service. U can't go wrong with them.
I have been in here a handful of times, but this My experience was awesome! they are helpful and respectful always willing to help the customers. Good prices.
