Brought in a ring to be resized and the center stone needed tightening. I took pictures of the ring beforehand just to make sure nothing would happen. I have now been informed that the ring will NOT be repaired because the center stone has a chip. The center stone is a black DIAMOND. There was no chip beforehand and I don’t know how someone could even chip the hardest substance on earth. In short, do not do business with this company.
Had problems with covid and money to pay bill and they were very demanding even after offering to overdraft my account to pay on the things I got the people at salem center are awesome but corporate are rude and disrespectful and never answer calls.
Awesome experience compared to the bigger jewelry stores! No pressure to buy, awesome pricing, great warranties...oh and they had cookies!ud83dudcaa Everyone there was super chill and good to be around! Loved my time there! I was happy to buy and Engagement ring from them!
These guys are my go to for jewelry mine and hers, the sales weman and men aren't pushy, their pricing is great and they have in house financing. If you are looking be sure to visit them first.
