We had a ring set serviced, received a call that my ring was ready for pick up. Mind you I live an hour away, so when I got there they only had one ring out of the two I sent out together. I never received two separate tracking numbers for them but was told they were considered two separate items??? Ok fine. But why wouldn’t they tell me only one out of the two were ready.nMy husband got a call a few days later that my other ring was ready. This store opened at 11, when he got there at 1:30 there was no one there until 2:30. We got attitude when expressing how that was poor customer service and I will definitely not be going back.
