Went to Capital Pawn North to perform a private party gun transfer. The staff where very helpful and kind. We had to sit around for over 2hrs (not their fault, that’s how long it takes to do a background check now) and not once did I feel like we were not welcome or imposing. The staff interacted with use the whole time making the over 2hrs feel like they went by quick. The store closed at 6pm that night and we knew if the background check did not go through by that time we would have to come back the next day. As 6pm got closer we were still not done. By 6pm we were number 10 in line for the background check. The lady that does the transfers stayed to finish the transaction even though she didn’t have to. She didn’t know how much longer it would be but she agreed to stay anyway. They both where very professional and talked with us (and laughed a lot with us) the whole time making us feel welcome. I would highly recommend using this shop to ether do a transfer or look at if you are looking at buying something from a pawn shop. Throughout the 2hrs I had a chance to look aand they have very reasonable prices. Thanks again for making this transaction a smooth and good experience, you guys are great!

Well...I accidentally posted on the south location and love them too. But I had to post here so everyone knows JOSH ROCKS! Straightforward and quick service. The woman seemed knowledgeable about all the items. The prices could have been a little more fair, however I wasn't there for making the most I could from selling my items, just needed quick cash, and that's what they do well. Quick, boom,in&out, done

I've never had a better experience at a pawn shop. Their shop is clean and organized. The employees are honest and courteous. I'd highly recommend checking them out if you need anything at a great price!

Rick and Josh were awesome! Very helpful and let us check out anything and everything we wanted. They were also very good with our kids! They also gave us a great deal! Thanks guys!!
