I wish I could rate them lower because I think this company is scum even for a parasitic soulless sleazy insurance company. My doctor told them I needed a hospital bed and a wheel chair and wrote out a prescription, but apparently that was not good enough for them, they want a detailed report as to why I cant use extra pillows or a walker so now my doctors word is not good enough for them on its own, they now want my doctor to jump through extra hoops because you know, people and their doctors are known for conspiring with one another for hospital beds and wheelchairs, seriously, words like scum and trash are too good for this company. Avoid them if you can!
