We weren't familiar with Fidelity Title but our sellers insisted that is where we go. They were fast and efficient in closing our on our home. We called a couple years later and asked for a copy of the closing statement which was set to me in minutes. I would use them again anytime.

I was to get my earnest money back after we terminated a deal on a house because it hadnarsenic in the water. I waited for a week and did not receive it. I called and asked where my check had been sent to. It was sent to a wrong address. So a new check was made out and I went in to pick it up. How could the address get messed?

My husband and I used fidelity in Salem for our title paperwork when selling our home. Our in person signing was fine. We then get a call saying they accidentally wired us the wrong amount and overpaid us by $1000. So WE need to go to our bank and get the mistake corrected and wire them back the money they overpaid. No options for them fixing it, and no apologies. I then spend 1.5 hours on the phone with my bank, who is confused about why they can’t just cancel since it wasn’t in my bank account yet. Talked with Emily multiple times on the phone and she was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. Even laughed and said it doesn’t happen often when I asked how they usually fix these mistakes. Fast forward to a week later and multiple calls and meeting with my bank. Emily THEN sends the wire info I need. Should have been sent the moment they made a mistake and asked me to fix it. They also need to come up with plans on how to fix their own mistakes rather than making the customer fix them, when it had absolutely nothing to do with me. Will never use them again. Wasted so much of my time without apology.

As a former branch manager for a national company, we had the opportunity to use Fidelity hundreds, if not thousands of times over a very short period of time. This team in Salem is far and way the best team of escrow officers you'll find anywhere. They take great care of their customers and most importantly...they always took great care of my customers.nnIn addition, to using them for my business, I also used them for my own personal transactions and I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommended.
