Would give 0 stars if possible. Called them in the worst time of a pet owner, when it has come time to have to put your pet down because they are suffering. I called at 9:30 in the morning and was told I would have to wait until 2:45 to bring my pet in because the vet was busy. That is unexceptional, not compassionate at all when you need them. Can not believe I would have to go through so much more distress in a time of total sadness.
Very disappointed and upset with their “appointment “policy. To be clear, this is no longer an appointment, where services will be performed at an agreed time. It is now a time to drop your pet off or wait. This is rude, selfish and self serving for them. I am now an hour and forty five minutes since my appointment time, and still waiting. Why can’t my animal be seen at the agreed, appointed time.
We had to visit for the last time to put our sweet dog, Callie, out of her pain. Everyone was incredible, sweet and empathetic. Callie had been with us since she was 7 weeks old and was almost 12 when she developed a heart arrhythmia that would be fatal. We always enjoyed our appointments and were very appreciative of the care we recieved.
Very disappointed in my first experience in having my pet exam performed here. I dropped my pet off for his exam and within 10min they were calling me saying he’s ready, No way they could of completed a thorough exam that fast. Prior to checking him in I explained that he was there for an exam, flee and tick medicine. I also let them know that he had been itching but it’s probably allergies as it flares up around this time, Somehow they “claim” this was never mentioned. I completed an online review (never heard anything back), I stopped in today but was left unattended at the counter so I left and just decided to call in. I Finally spoke to a manager days later and was told that I would have to pay a RE-EXAM fee to have him rechecked. If the exam was properly done the first time then I would not be out of extra money! Very disappointed in their service. If I could of left 0 stars for a rating I would have.nn-signed an unhappy customer.
I took my pet in to see Dr. Duckett and he is a phenomenal doctor. My little wiener is very shy and tends to want to curl up and stay hidden. Dr. Duckett was excellent with the circumstances and was very gentle and compassionate - giving my wiener extra tender love and care. I recommend seeing this doctor for anyone who wants a great patient experience!!!
