45 minutes late to begin the visit. He completely treated our dogs as if their life didnt matter. Stabbed our dog with a needle and the dog was yelping. No concern. Next dog has a allergy and didnt care. Gave the wrong medicine. 40lb dog and received 80+ medicine. I had to call and tell them it was wrong. They finally admitted they messed up. Terrible service and wont go there again. We went there for years. DONE.

Great experience all around, with my dog, cat, and a recent rescue. No long waits, no fancy overbilling.
Very understanding and helpful in a sad situation. Very gentle with the news they had to give us.
Love the walk in hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm to 7pm. Very convenient.
