For a low cost clinic they were decent. I dont really have any complaint other than no ones ever answers the phone! It takes a week to hear back from anyone.nnHowever, when we got there they were nice and made me feel more at easy. My dog has a sensetivity to anesthesia and I asked that they call me when he was done to let me know he was okay. Even though they were super busy they still made time to call and let me know they were okay.

They are the greatest asset Hamilton county has for affordable pet care. And angels for the work they do with feral cats.

I went there for the first time this past weekend for a heart worm test. There was apparently another dog with the same name and my dog not only received her heart worm test, but she also received some other dog's vaccines. She was vaccinated two month ago. This is unacceptable. The clinic didn't even apologize. Just said there was a mix up and they weren't going to charge me for the shots. Uh, yeah, I wasn't paying for shots I didn't ask for! This should have never happened and I'll be going to my normal vet for everything. You pay for quality.
