I have insured my business through Matt and his team for the last 3 years and would not think of going elsewhere. They continually look out for me and even moved my bondnwhen they found me a better rate!! BEWARE!!!! Matt with Compass insurance has insured me with seven different insurance policies for the last five years. Matt has recently decided he wants to be a Lobbiest instead of selling insurance. I have called their office on a weekly to monthly basis for years and for the last 14-18 months Matt is never in the office. When I started with him he had multiple employees and was doing great. For the last year to year and a half everyone has quit working at compass and he has employeed one Lady who has absoloutly NO IDEA what she is doing!!! She is writing policies and I dont believe she is even an agent! You can call her and talk to her and an hour later claims she has NO IDEA of the previous conversation. I have had my policies cancelled so many times i cant even count them since I have been with Compass. Even though they have had all of my auto pay info for five years!!! In June I recieved a letter from my workers comp company saying they were going to cancell me on aug 18. All summer long I reminded Matt and his Side Kick about getting me quote and they never did in two months. Three days before the cancellation I called compass upset and the Side Kick Lynna claimed she had never talked to me about this????? I had called them nearly ten times in two months and spoke to her numerous times...

This company and the people working in this office have horrible customer service skills and do not do what is requested by customers. Can't believe we aloud they to handle our insurance policy the way they did for so many years. Very very very disappointed!
