The line was long when I got there, but the employees had a good system down where the line moved very quickly. There was great communication between employees and customers. They also did a great job of distancing people and cleaning every chair as someone left it. They made the dreaded BMV trip easy!
Everyone working here was efficient and sweet. They cleaned and kept everyone at a social distance and were just so nice helping my son get his permit. Mel was so helpful and sweet!! She and Lisa made the experience actually fun! They do a great job!
It was a nice experience. Did not wait long and got quick service. Huge improvements over the years.
I bought a brand new boat and trailer that I have been trying to register for over a month now. I’ve left work early multiple times to continually try and get the thing registered. Every time I come in they go through with the registration and at the last minute have to cancel all of the transactions and instead of refunding straight to my account they had to wait two weeks to send me a check in the mail. I’ve come in yet again today with the newest paperwork request correcting the company name “inc.” added to the signature stamp that doesn’t match name on the front. I asked the lady before waiting in line if what I had would work to later find that I have to print it out myself and can’t email it to them to use. Yet again another wasted attempt all over the word “inc” added to the signature stamp of my title paperwork.nnSave yourself the hassle and drive the extra miles to go to the next closest branch. They’re rude, unorganized, and misleading.
Very long line but they kept it moving quick. Doing a great job of cleaning and social distancing.
