There are a lot of terrible (low-quality) reviews. In the year that I have lived here, I've been pulled over twice and had multiple call-outs at work for security issues. On one of my call-outs, I did a sweep throughout the building and found a door open in the warehouse. I wasn't sure who may have been on the other side (since I did not see any police around) and had kicked the door so that I wouldn't be surprised by someone on the other side. However, there was a cop right there with a gun pointing at me. I complied, spoke when told to speak, and proved that I was the facilities manager at the work site. All was good. The officer offered to sweep the building once more with me to make sure no one else was inside (which I accepted). After that, we left. No shots fired, no injuries, no unjust actions.nnNot once out of the many times I have encountered the police have I witnessed an officer who was not justified by his/her actions. Great job guys.

I think these wonderful officers do an amazing job

I can attest to having had poor experiences with police and police staff, but today, at this juncture, I am testifying of a very positive experience I had with police dispatcher Lidia who very politely with care, granted my request for her to stay on the phone with me while I entered my home safely in a very dark and dim litted area. She was not short and mocking of my fear but rather reassuring and helpful. She definitely exceeded my expectations and served as a fine example of what policing work should be for everybody in every community which is protection and service. She definitely deserves recognition for that and I am glad I encountered her. Because of her work and representation alone, I rate this police force five stars.

This happened awhile ago and I probably should have pressed charges but I was 19year old kid at the time. The only reason I am posting now this story now is to provide a warning for people: if you get pulled over by noblesville police, START RECORDING IMMEDIATELY.nnI was pulled over by someone in a vehicle that said sherif on the side, and Im not sure if it was the sherif because the officer wouldn’t identify himself. I was pulled over for my headlight being in out. I told the officer I was aware that It was out and I was going to get it fixed. Normally at this point I’d get a warning and be on my way. However this officer told the passenger of my car (my girlfriend at the time) that they had to get out. He had no probable cause, but said he wanted to ask her questions and he would “make things difficult” if she didn’t comply. So she got out he then brought her behind my car out of sight. She was pretty upset (shaking, crying) when returning to the vehicle so I was reasonably unnerved. I couldn’t see what happened behind the vehicle but she said he asked her a couple questions then proceeded to thoroughly “Pat her down.” I called him some unprofessional names after hearing that and he forced me to apologize or else he was gonna “put me under arrest. It was a very disturbing experience for me and her and it changed the way I view police officers. I would definitely film any interaction you have with noblesville PD. That was my only experience with them, but they seem pretty corrupt if that’s the kind of stuff they are engaging in.nnPs. This has two stars because I’m sure there are some good people on the force, just not whoever that officer was that night.
