Romanoff Renovations

DO NOT GO HERE. I paid them $15k to put wood floors in my house. They said it would take 4 days. We are now on day 13 and there is no end in sight. They don't show up for work. They miss every deadline. And if you call to complain, they hang up on you. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've lost thousands of dollars now in extra rent and days taken off work. Spend the extra money to hire someone competent.nnUPDATE: On Day 14 of the 4-day job, I got a text at 3:35 am (on a Sunday) from the installers saying the job was done and they were leaving. I went over the next morning to find that there were several pieces of baseboard either missing or broken (pictures below) and they had not reinstalled any of the doors. The job is still not finished.

We had about 1600 sq ft of carpet installed, downstairs and upstairs. The installers arrived on time and were very professional and worked hard. We were very impressed with the efficiency of the install and the quality of their work. They did a very good job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

Romanoff Renovations did an excellent job with my flooring installation. They had great communication, were on time, did quality work and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend their services.

Romanoff Renovations dispatcher and installer where very informative and were eager to explain what the job curtailed and how long it would take. Their installer was very polite and knew all that was needed to install the floor covering in our kitchen professional. We are very pleased with our new floor. No complaints at all, only praise for a job well done.

They were very Friendly, Patient and Professional!! I loved how they wanted to make sure the carpet they had was what I ordered and still wanted. They were fast and efficient while also being so kind and patient with my curious 5 yr old ud83dude0a I would definitely recommend!!
