I am a difficult customer to please at times, especially when it comes to my house and making custom things for my house, I bought this fan from another company, however it wasn't exactly what it needed to be. I had to change out things to make my ceiling fan work properly with the automatic lights we use.nnKeith was super fast and did a fantastic job.nBetter than the original manufacturer of the product mind you.nnI would recommend this company to anyone! They have some of tbe most beautiful chandelier's I have ever seen before at decent prices for good quality.

We bought two fans here and the customer service and knowledge was outstanding from start to finish. One fan had an issue a while after installation. The staff went above and beyond to identify and fix the problem. Their attitude was fabulous the whole time. They are a pleasure to deal with and obviously take great pride in their work and service. We won't go anywhere else for our lighting or fan needs.
