Appliance Source ?

I was in need of a washer right away after our old one died. I found a washer at Appliance Source that was exactly what I wanted to pay, is in good condition and works great. It even has a 6 month warranty. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am planning on replacing some of my other appliances soon and I will certainly be visiting Appliance Source when I do.

I bought a refrigerator/freezer on 10/9/20 it broke today on 10/16/20. They are both completely broken. My kitchen floor was covered in water from all the ice melting and the food in the fridge is bad. I called and told them all of this and they said that the soonest they could come out and look would be 10/23/2020. A week without a refrigerator! They said “sometimes in these circumstances the techs will come out sooner.” How often do they have these circumstances?

My hubby and I bought a washer and dryer here and got a really great deal. However when wer got home and hooked them up, the dryer didnt work. I tried getting a new cord, called an electrician thinking it was maybe my breakers, because the dryer was brand new. After 3 days of fighting this dryer, an electrician told me the actual dryer did not work. So I called appliance source on a Saturday and they said we could bring it back on Monday. At this point with three small children and needing a dryer I emotionally broke down. Extremely frustrated..... the sales guy offered to come in on his only day off..sunday, after church to do the exchange.... AND THEN... he offered to come to my house to look at it to avoid me having to load it back up and take it back. So he came to my house, took the whole thing apart and spent over an hour working on it. He did end up fixing it, it was something small that happened when we moved it. I offered him a cash tip and he kindly declined. Talk about over the top costumer service... just an amazing human being....good man... thank you so much. I will and have recommended Appliance Source.
