Cicero Fire Department

Being told I was 'faking a seizure' when I ended up having 3 in a night is so disgusting and disrespectful. Not everyone has Grand Mal seizures as I was told how seizures should look. There are so many types and I suppose the Emts that were here should study up on the different types of seizures and how they do look on others. I have had nothing but amazing things to say about some of the emts and firefighters that have come when they were needed either for a little fire to my sons seizures or to my own but last night was horrible. I hope it was just a moment of its 3am, we are sleepy and it's been a long day compared to someone trying to be my neurologist and having zero clue about other types of seizures.

Thank you so much for taking great care of me after my accident yesterday. You treated me like family and kept me calm. Very professional with a human touch!
