Dr Carter was great! He took his time and was very thorough. I could tell he really cares about providing great care for his patients. Everyone from the front desk, X-ray, the nurse, and check out were amazing. I would highly recommend CIO!

I was very impressed with the entire staff. There is room for improvement with follow-up. I left a voice message requesting a call back and still have not received it. My prescription was never received by my pharmacy which is very disappointing.

Not that anything is wrong with it but I don’t normally get into writing reviews... But, I do like and highly recommend Dr.Hall and his staff, because they’re very nice, friendly, personal and professional as well at EVERY location... This is a really great back pain+ specialist practice, like I said before “I highly recommend” this office... Be Blessed!!!

Everyone at the clinic was nice and professional. I was able to get a same day appointment but they also have walk in hours which is great!! I would definitely go back if I have anymore issues.

The staff and Dr. Jones were friendly and professional. Beautiful new office convenient to our home. I highly recommend this orthopedic practice!
