GQT Hamilton 16 IMAX + GDX

Update: they reached out and made it right. It was a pleasant surprise. Wish I could go back now! Maybe 2022?

It offers your standard movie theater experience: expensive popcorn, crowds, and lots of bright cell phone screens visible throughout the movie. What sets location apart from the rest is that it's kept very clean and it doesn't feel sad or run down.nnI think if this location did a better job of policing those who talk during the movie or use their phones, I would have given it 5/5 stars. Unfortunately, I think I would much rather save my money and stay at home. Movie theaters aren't what they used to be.

Have been to this theatre many times without issues. However on 1/26/2020 went to see 1917 and enjoyed the movie. The venue is always clean, the chairs rock and staff is always friendly....BUT...... the sound level during the previews is DEAFENING!!!! almost to the point I walked out. But my friend wanted to see the movie so I stuffed my ears with napkins. Come on guys check your sound levels please.

Great movie theater. We took our daughter here to see her first movie in the theater and she loved it. The seats are comfortable. Concessions are to be expected from a mover theater. Place was clean. We'll be going back as a family for a family movie night for sure.

GQT is our favorite theatre we go to. Admission prices are reasonable and concession are less expensive vs competing theatre. The facility is clean and staff is always friendly and helpful. It such a treat going to the movies!
