Kelly was awesome to work with, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Ryan seems to be there for a pay check and not customer service oriented at all. He could probably use some additional training.
Even though it is a few hundred miles away from the closest great lake and basically sits on a reservoir, Great Lakes Ace is a fine hardware store.
What a hot mess in that store. Remodeling and way too many employees standing around not helping anyone.
When you enter the store, you are usually greeted by a 'supergreetor': a human who will direct you to the precise product you need and guide you through decision making.
They have a wide variety of products with that home town feel. Great place.
