Having just got a new puppy after 20 years break from having dogs. I was given excellent advise, all staff members were caring and we signed up for a care package for a year.nI was informed the day after on test results and text alerts for up an coming appointments.nVery caring and professionalnI know I’m in good hands
Dr. K and everyone at Noble West are wonderful, caring people. So thankful we found them and we are customers for life! Them being open weekend is very convenient. They also come to your house to put your pet to sleep, so you don't have to stress it out by going to the vet. Our 16 year old cat was diagnosed with cancer by another vet 18 months ago, but that vet refused to give him pain meds unless we brought him into their office monthly. Dr. K saw him one time and provided pain medicine for the rest of his life. We called them at least 10 times to ask questions about what his changing symptoms meant and how we should deal with them.. and every time they were nice and helpful even though they weren't getting paid for the advice. When the time came to let him go, they came to our house for the procedure so our sweet kitty could pass on in the comfort of his own home. They couldn't have been more kind, gentle, and professional. What these people did for us means the world to our family.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Usha and her staff. They literally saved our dog’s life. He was in need of an emergency surgery that our regular vet was not able to perform. I’m so glad I found this place after tireless looking for an affordable and reliable place that could take proper care of him. After surgery, Dr. Usha carefully explained his after treatment care always making sure that we have everything we need. After that visit, we definitively switched from our usual vet to Noble West Animal Hospital. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitively recommended.
We were able to get an appointment in an expedient manner for a new dog with a skin infection. Dr. K knew just how to help her with medications and I am happy to report she is healed up and much improved! Caring vet and staff, I would recommend to anyone!
Very happy with Noble West they are very compassionate and friendly people. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with everyone there! The doctor is the sweetest most wonderful lady I have ever met!
