My fourteen-year-old poodle standard poodle was very sick and I didn't even realize it I took him to the vet because Parker couldn't even walk I knew something awful was happening. The doctor told me that Parker's breathing was so shallow that he was spending all his energy just trying to breathe and the best thing would be to let him go. I didn't want to do that but I said okay. Everyone at Parkside knows Parker and me they were so kind and understanding when I get my next pet I won't go anywhere else
My puppy ate some plastic so I took her to the emergency vet who quoted me $850 for xrays which I declined. They recommend I take her to my vet in the morning. I called Parkside and they had a vet call me back, he stated she did not in fact need xrays and we wouldn't be able to see plastic on them anyway. He explained what to watch for, which calmed my panic and was very helpful. I truly appreciate honest, caring doctors who don't try to get you to do treatments that are not necessary. Highly happy with my experience.
Always helpful with my phone call questions and dont force unnecessary appointments. They seem to always genuinely care about our pets and are always willing to find solutions over the phone. We moved farther away but I dont mind driving 35 minutes for a great vet staff:)
I love the folks at Parkside. They always take such good care of my feline kids!
I am giving this 5 stars for Andrea. I met with her today and she went above and beyond helping me answer some questions and sort things out before I take my dog overseas. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind, a perfect combo!
