Convenient location and easy parking, but both times I went the wait was very long. The line was out the door and only one window was open. I could barely find a pen to fill out some information. Average experience. On the positive side - self service kiosks.
1. Service is too slow, they need to pick up the pace.n2. The last 2 times I was in a new female employee with glasses continues to talk to or joke around with other employees. A good work ethic is to acknowledge the customer standing in front of you deserves your complete attention as a common courtesy.n3. I have to keep stating I want the least expensive route and don’t care how long it takes to deliver because they always give the most expensive and fastest.
Delivered my package but not the key to get it out of box. Had to wait on hold for an hour to get someone. Put in a request. I did get the key the next day. However 4 days later they called me at 7:00 AM to check on my request because their carrier didn’t tell the office they provided me the key. When I told Timothy that 7:00 am is too early to call me his response was “I start my day at 3:00 AM. 7:00 is a respectful time.”
The line was very long the last time I went in, but the associates were still friendly, courteous, and willing to answer my questions.
They are the best post office in Indiana. They are courteous and very helpful. I go there every day and no matter how. Isy they are, they are consistent in smiles and great customer service.
