I have been a customer of The Maids for years! Prior to that, I tried several other cleaning services. I settled on The Maids because the people who clean are friendly and kind and seem to care about my house.nAlso, they come as a team and are efficient (less than 2 hours) which doesn't disrupt my day. Brandy is a great team leader and makes sure the cleaning is good quality. The office staff are also friendly and accommodating. I have recommended them to several of my family members and will continue to recommend them!

I’m a new customer to The Maids (previously used another company I was not happy with) and I’m blown away with how good of a job they have done the past 2 months. All team members have been so friendly and smile. They seem happy to be doing their job and it turn do great service. I’m very happy I switched to The Maids, wish I would’ve hired them to begin with. Fred is very responsive, friendly and professional. I have nothing but praises for this company!

The Maids have cleaned our home for a number of years. They have proven to be reliable and responsive to our needs and concerns. Michelle has been the team leader for the crew for all of this time and they pay attention to the details that are important to us. They clean the house and leave it looking and smelling fresh.nWe have dogs and The Maids do a great job of cleaning and also are very good with the dogs. We have recommended The Maids to other people when they inquire about house cleaning.nFred, the owner has also been easy to work with and Susan in the office has always been helpful.

I have used The Maids service now for 5 years at two different homes. Lisa and her crew always do an excellent job. They are polite, efficient and provide a very thorough cleaning of my home. I have four kids and keeping the house clean can be a challenge . They never let me down. Fred and Susan are always polite, accommodating and work with my schedule. I could not be more happy with the Maids of Hamilton County! We have been using them for years! Since my husband and I work out of the home we are usually there when they clean. They have always been on time, and with a team of 3-4 are in and out within an hour! All, and I mean every one, of the team members that have come have been kind and courteous, always on time and never rushed. They go out of their way to get along with my dog and cat and actually look forward to seeing them each week!nnThe communication is outstanding--from the top all the way down. I always know ahead of time what is happening with holiday schedules and they have always been more than accommodating with our special requests such as if we want to sleep in a little more during the summer months, or if we are sick, or had surgery or even if we are on vacation!nnThe cleaning job is outstanding!
