“It’s pure devastation”...that’s the call I received while thousands of miles away in Boston about my house in Carmel. The pipes had frozen in five areas and a neighbor saw water literally pouring out the back of my house on the second floor like a waterfall.nServ-Pro was there in less than 30 minutes to shut everything off. I flew back immediately and was met by Andy of Serv-Pro. This is the most devastating experience and the worst I had ever seen. When I arrived the following day the ceilings were all caving in with the weight of the water. Andy was calm and incredibly reassuring. His calm demeanor reassured me this could be fixed and it would be ok.nTroy was my lifeline as I went through the rebuild process. The entire house had to be taken down to studs, all wood and carpeted floors ripped out, everything gone. Furniture was ruined. I was dealing with the loss of the house but also the emotional aspect that this had been a home of memories for me and my three children. Andy and Troy understood that. Although they have done this a thousand times and had other jobs, they made me feel I was their only priority.nI was encouraged by insurance to use another contractor for the rebuild. I stood strong to use Serv-Pro because they had already shown this was not just another job. They expertly guided me through the navigation of dealing with an insurance claim and had a team of experts. They knew this had been my home for 20 years. I will be forever grateful to Andy, Troy and Deb and their team at Serv-Pro. To have to rebuild a home and choose flooring, cabinets, appliances, even door knobs was all new to me let alone having to do it remotely from Boston. Troy and Andy ALWAYS took my phone call during the year of rebuilding and gave me guidance I needed. They always made themselves available to me on their weekends when I could fly home to assist me.nThey kept me on budget, helped me make wise choices and continued to be a voice of reason for me when I became overwhelmed. They saw me at my worst and got me through the worst. They rebuilt an incredibly beautiful and updated home. At one point, I had made so many trips to Lowes long distance to choose tile, etc I said to Troy “you pick the tile for the laundry room” and he did! It was a perfect match. He rebuilt the home and made choices as though it was his own home.nThey became my family during this crisis and I will forever be grateful. They are prompt, reliable, talented and a God send during a crisis. I can not recommend them any more highly! I am so glad they did the clean up and the restoration both.

I would like to thank Servpro for coming to are rescue. David Cook at Servpro did a great job. I had water in my basement after heavy rain. I will use Servpro again should the need arise. David was very helpful!!
