Ruined seven white dress shirts. They claimed the shirts might have came in that way, which is absolutely not true. Spoke to the “manager,” Kathy and she took no responsibility and sought no solutions. She became unprofessional, agitated and claimed “we have thousands of shirts come through here.” After I asked when I can speak to the owner, she said not until March 20 and hung up on me.nnSave your time, money, and clothes. Do not support this company.nnIf you’re the owner, please reach out. I’ve been a customer for two years now and have never been treated this way or lost clothes due to trusting this company.
So ExpensivenDropped 3 sweaters and 2 sweatpants, and ask the lady That i would like to pick them up next day after 5pm. She did not explain that there is an additional $3.60 for picking up next day! She did not provide any details receipt of how much i will be paying even though i asked that i willing to pay right there. Couple days i went for pick up she told me everything is $39.60. I was what a hell would cost to wash few clothes for that much. Awful place, i do not recomend to anyone
This place used to be great, I don't know if its new owners, or people just don't care any more! We have been using this place ever since they opened. We will be using someone different from now on. Sad really.
Failure to follow mask mandate.
Been with them since day 1, but no more..I was so disappointed in their new rates (makes no sense), and their $10 minimum to use a debit card is unprofessional. They also changed their hours on Saturday, had kids running all over the place on a Saturday...never again..this new ownership sucks
