Was not sure about using a laundry service. But washer not working, not enough time to go to the laundry mat, running out of all my basic necessities. I pulled up they met me at the car. Gave my information, said it would be ready next day. I picked it up everything was ready! Best money I have spent! Everyone was friendly and helpful. YES I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
I took my sofa pillow covers to Tide for dry cleaning.nI had a coupon (on line).nThe staff was very courteous .nI received an email confirmation that my covers were ready AHEAD of time! I also received additional information on the services offered.nMy pillow covers looked great!nI WILL be back!
Our washing machine broke and we dropped off some loads of laundry to be done. Tide had great customer service, they provided a quick turnaround and everything was done to high quality. However, I can't refer this service to family/friends because it was just too stinking expensive (and that was with a 50% discount for 1st time customer.)
This was my first time visiting Tide. I sent a white linen blazer, along with 2 dresses. The linen blazer had a couple of stains around the collar. Tide reached out multiple times to let me know they were working to remove all stains from the linen blazer & apologized for any inconvenience. When I received the items the blazer looked brand new. I would recommend Tide for the excellent customer service & attention to detail on how they treat your garments.
