Scam artist! Was quoted $59 for cleaning an area rug.nUpon arrival, up sale began. Ended up agreeing on $200, and only worked 45 minutes, if that.nSprayed what was told was an enzyme, and it would continue working. IT DIDN’T.nnResponse to your response: I called three times, and was told each time a manager would call me back. It never happened.nSince I was expecting company from out or town, and needed it cleaned, I had to use other alternatives to get the job done right.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I scheduled to have my carpet cleaned two weeks prior to the appointment. I was clear on the phone that I live in a town home and that was no issue. I was also clear that the price quoted was what I expected to pay. Looking back I feel like that was probably what caused my experience to be so bad. I have read from others that they like to change the price when they get there or try to add on services. Given that they realized they were not going to get extra money from me, when they showed up they came up with a excuse that they cannot clean townhomes. That doesn’t even make sense. I have water hook up for them and everything. I have had my carpet cleaned by other services before without any problem at all. When the driver left and I called the company and the lady said she would call the driver and get right back to me. I waited 30 minutes and never heard back and when calling back I left a message. They never reached back out to me period. I have still not heard back. Just left me hanging. This might be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced just completely ignoring a customer and making excuses not to clean the carpet that was scheduled two weeks prior, probably just because they were not going to make extra money by scamming me. I very rarely bad reviews but this time it was necessary.

I would recommend Clean Pro to anyone had a very good experience with the staff, my carpet and area rugs were clean and smelling good didn’t take time to dry either. They showed up on time and they were professional.

Happy with the actual cleaning but there are things to know before they arrive....typical bait and switch behaviors. Give one price on phone, increase the price when at your home, and then attempt to upsell on top of that. But that’s not surprising, what blew my mind was when they wanted more money to “turn the cushion over to do both sides”, I was stunned. Who quotes a job to clean your couch but only plans to do one side of each cushion, and doesn’t tell you that until they are standing in your home? Clean Pro, that’s who. Be prepared.
