I can’t say enough good about this place, I love every person at Cottage! The docs and techs are incredible! Good job guys, you fill my heart with such joy because of the care you give my animals!
The staff are great and really know their stuff. They're honest and will give you all the options and won't try to steer you towards anything that'll break the bank. I'll make the 1.5 hour drive just to take the beast for her check ups. Worth it.
Terrible phone experience. I called to ask when they could get my kitten in to be spayed and they did not even give me a direct answer. They said they could not do it and told me to go to the low cost clinic. When I asked again to clarify that they could not do it she hung up on me. Would not recommend you take your pets there if they hang up on their customers.
Excellent customer service! Great with handling my dog and making him feel more at ease. Took time to explain how he did and explain any concerns. Definitely will return!
Dr. Greg is the best. Caring, gentle, listens to you about your concerns. The staff and other vets are all caring.
