I had a slightly complicated situation! I knew that, because of a fuel leak, that too much tilt would spill fuel out sufficiently to leave a stain as we moved forward not to mention wasting fuel! Both dispatch and Joe,and another Driver from two days previous all accepted and acted on my concern. Not one drop was spilled during either transport. I'm pleased and impressed with each interaction with AAA and personell. This is why I'm in my 2nd year of membership and I will enjoy a third and so on.

Nice New Location. A little tricky to find and get to, because of the Carmel roundabouts. Must be a member to use the facility, get maps and trip planners. Needed information to get to Chicago and the staff was very helpful. Was hoping to get better information on the Cost of the Tolls.Their computer program was not able to handle this request. The staff person tried several different options. The Map information was very helpful for my travel to Chicago.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous that even after paying all that money for a membership for my entire family, you still have to be “checked out” for a couple info guides or maps. Sorry but I’m not going to sit there for an hour or more while the 4 other people in front of me plan their entire vacations and all I wanted was a couple info guides. Did not appreciate being treated like I was an idiot and clueless just for being young. I will not be renewing my membership, and I would suggest everyone else do the same! AAA just lost a lifelong member!!
