Although I am not a customer (yet) I called to see if they could help me, I got an appointment the same day, and Taylor took great care of me, offered various solutions, and didn’t charge me for his time. He was very knowledgeable, easy to understand ( and to hear!). I will be returning when I need new hearing aids, and would recommend Livingston without hesitation.

I took my 96 year old mother to Livingston Hearing Aids for the first time. She met with Taylor. We were both extremely pleased with his patience, understanding and expertise! We will be going back to him for all her hearing aid needs in the future!

I went to Livingston hearing aids to see why my hearing aids were not working. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and soon patiently found the problem. He showed me how to better care for the aids and soon I was on my way. I definitely will return if I need more help. Anne Waldie

Richard and his office mate gave me a first class experience . I went there as I had lost a hearing aid and did not have much time until my flight to Korea ,,a week later. I could not afford a brand new pair of Starkey’s but he found me a reconditioned set that is perfect . In particular is the fact they are water resistant .. I swam some laps to today and went to put on my glasses when I Noticed the hearing aids were in my ears . So I ran to my room put in new batteries and they work perfect ... No pressure just good hospitality and they they try to help You ... Having seen their reviews is why I went , having experiencing their service is why I am writing this positive review .
