Jim and the staff are simply the best. From easy scheduling with great flexibility on times, to friendliness and exceptional therapy, this was the best recuperative experience imaginable. I went from being barely able to walk without pain to running and exercising in just a few weeks. Thank you for helping me get back on my feet.

I opted for physical therapy vs. having knee surgery. Athletico in Carmel was suggested by my orthopedic doctor. My choice was a good one. In such a short period, my knee is stronger, and the suggestions for exercise at home have attributed to flexibility and straightness. With zero as a goal for straightness, my left knee began at 8. In 3-4 weeks, zero was attained.nMy main therapist is Julie; she is smart, experienced and does a great job in diagnosis and prescriptive plan. In short, Julie is five stars, but I give that to her colleagues, who do commendable work in guiding some of the therapy sessions. They have a collegial team at Athletico who seek optimal results. He really helped me gain back my range of motion and strength while working within my limitations and listening to me as I progressed and was able to do more.
