Flix Brewhouse Carmel

The personnel were friendly and efficient! I arrived within 1 minute of meeting my friends, who had my ticket, and the ticket sales lady did not question me but simply showed me the way to the theater. All areas were clean and social distancing was in practice. The manager was visibly present. The food was excellent and the seats were functioning properly. I love this theater.

I used to give this place a 5 star rating but the menu change is very off putting to me (I plan to go again another time to see if maybe I just had a bad day).nnI used to get a strawberry shake every time I've been there and they were great but this time it was pretty repulsive. You could just taste the artificial strawberry syrup and the color wasn't right at all. I tried to eat some of it with my spoon and parts of it were slimey (could be syrup that wasn't mixed in right)? My husband said the same of his chocolate shake. I don't know if they used fresh ingredients and switched or what but it was very unfortunate. I only ate the brownie bits in mine and ended up just having them take it away because it just tasted terrible (the image is how much was left when I had them take it).nnI'm also sad that the Supreme pizza isn't on the menu anymore. My husband was sad about the mushroom meat pizza being gone as well. The pizza we did order was okay though but the crust seems different (which it might just be that I was used to something before and need to adjust).nnThat said the onion rings were really good and fried fresh so that's something! And their Ace's pineapple cider on tap is always a fave of mine.nnMovie/theater itself is good as always. But the reason a lot of people went was for the food which is no longer the same or even, dare I say, as good quality as it used to be.nnEdit: I went back two months after this was posted, the food is not the same, they really got rid of some of the quality in it.

The best movie theatre ever. Hands down. Nobody comes close.n- cheap ticketsn- incredible food(not cheap but not expensive). The burgers, Mac n cheese, and pretzel are my favoritesn- I don’t like beer but flix golden ale is incrediblenThey have been doing everything they can with pandemic. I think they should be open because of all of the safety measures like distancing and air filtering. Really well job done by their management.

I loved this place. The food is good, drinks good and service

We purchased tickets under the rules of 2 seats empty between guest parties. We sat down and another party sat within one seat. When questioned about them being in the correct seat, they said the manager approved them to move. No one ever asked us to move one seat but we did to follow the protocol. Not excited about the manager changing seats and blattenly moving someone and violating their rules. COVID is a problem...this is why it remains a problem. NOT HAPPY at all. We frequent FBH often. Very disappointed.
