I stayed in the King Suite for a really good price. I liked everything about the main room. The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because the shower was very small and took a while for the water to heat up and cool down

Just stayed there last night. The hotel seems relatively nice, but there were a number of details that were lacking. We were told that the pool was open, only to go and find that the water was ice cold (unbearably cold). The trash cans in the room didn't have trash bags in them. We found a pair of boxers in the dresser. The hid-a-bed was dirty. Bathroom lighting was pretty poor. Hallways were a bit dirty.nnI would have given 2 stars, but I recognize some of these things are probably due to covid, but I still feel like things should have been better.

There was no mask enforcement. Felt very unsafe. Large crowds in lobby. There was a child's sports even going on and there were kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the night. We called multiple times but the front desk did nothing. Guests had to approach the kids to get them to stop. Of course they weren't wearing masks either. Awful experience. Such a good reminder to do Airbnb's from now on.nnApparently the only covid precaution they do take is not giving you any cups or glasses in the room so if you think you're going to use the coffee maker, I guess it's byo-cups. Safer and cleaner.nnAlso pool was ice cold. Couldn't be in it for longer than a couple minutes.

They must have janky rooms assigned to those that get a 42% discount booking on Priceline...dusty, dingy, grimy and generally blah. Stained bedspread, fitted sheet didnt fit and kept coming off mattress, lightbulb burned out in office area, years of dirty caulk around tub that was cracked and showing signs of mold, TV remote broken even after replacing batteries, cold coffee and a joke of a breakfast - honestly the poorest room I've stayed in that area in a long time.
