After a 2.5 hour drive, My daughter and I arrive at the facility at 11:30pm - completely exhausted - e we are struggling to get our luggage in and the employee at the front desk who is engaged in casual conversation with another man never looked up, looked away, never even broke lingual cadence to greet us onto the premises as guests.nnFirst impressions are everything so it honestly doesn’t matter what the test of the facility physically looks like opinion. THAT encounter completely soured it because he demonstrated that there was no concern for us as patrons or guests of the property.nnThere was no mention on the website on the Very limited breakfast and that was very disappointing at 7am.nnAlas I was pleased that my time was VERY limited on this property.

Very nice and seems newer building. Hard to find but well worth it. Was greeted with a young lady who was personable. Everything had been sanitized with a sticker on the door that designate as such. Everything in working order.

I was there with my mother and daughter and grandson korbin! We had the best time! Great people and extremely clean place! Thank you and its the only place we will stay

I had to visit the Carmel area this week due to a family medical emergency. The Hampton Inn made a very stressful and emotionally trying few days much easier. The room was clean and attractive and I had plenty of space to work remotely. I was especially impressed with a front desk employee named Jack. I returned to the hotel this evening and went to the front desk for help with a key card issue and Jack was not only able to solve my problem, he was professional, courteous and compassionate. I stay in a lot of hotels and Jack not only upheld the hospitality standards I have come to expect from Hilton, but exceeded them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area without hesitation. Thank you Jack and thank you Hampton Inn.
