USPS is not delivering paperwork in the time frame they promised when I paid for certified shipping.nnA few years ago the lost some of my tax documentation also. What a mess.

Josh at the Medical Drive location in Carmel is the BEST! I've talked to him on the phone a couple of times regarding packages that should have been delivered and he always comes through. Josh is phenomenal, he is kind, polite, courteous, professional and really cares about solving an issue. Great job and High five!
