I recently switched dry cleaners to CC. They get everything back quicker and it is done beautifully. My quilts and goose down comforters come back in half the time that the other cleaners I was using did. They also email as soon as your order is complete so you know when you can stop in and pick it up! I love that. They are always very professional and remember my name (Hazel Dell location) which I think is amazing considering the amount of business they do!
Service is good. My concern about my recent visit was the half-baked way the person I interacted with wore her mask. During these times I want the people fully wearing their mask and not a partial mask.
I have used Classic for years and they have always done a fantastic job. They are convenient, quick and it is so easy to drop my bag off anytime and pick it up anytime.
Just moved to Carmel last week. Brought in 4 comforters and a bunch of pillow shames in that had been stained from sighting in storage for some time. Received back looking brand new. This place is so well organized and the workers are so nice!nnI asked if they had any deals and the worker told my that they had a $25 discount for a first time customer. An hour later, she called me on my cell phone to apologize and say that she remembered one more discount I could get by downloading their app and setting up an account ($10 off)!! How nice of her to call!nnSo pleased with my first visit that I’ve already dropped off clothes!
My regular cleaners was closed. I went here and wow, I found my new place. The friendliness, the quality and care that was given to me was outstanding. I really appreciate your service. Thank you!
