I am going have to start writing down what I drop off to dry cleaners. I am a very organized person and have a certain spot for everything. I have never had problems in the past with other dry cleaners but with this one when I get home and put the items away I will go back a few weeks later to put the suit on and I will be missing an item. I am missing a vest for one outfit and pants to another outfit. Starting to think that this place doesn’t give all items back during pickup.

Just can’t say enough about Jennifer, the manager of the Bridgewater - Carmel location. She is such an impressive example of top-notch customer service - the kind of person who can literally just make your day with her warm and positive attitude.

I don’t normally write bad reviews because I work in a service industry and know that mistakes can happen. However, after several experiences - I feel like because I was solicited I would submit one.nMost recently I called to find out how much it would be to clean my king size comforter. I was told by 2 different people that it would be $29.95. When I went to pick it up it was more than $60 and it was ripped, and no one told me. I took it back and the gal behind the counter said that if it wasn’t marked they couldn’t know that they were responsible. I finally convinced her that I didn’t rip it and they mended it, but it took another 2 weeks.nWhen I questioned why the price was different from the gal said that it was based on material. It is a cotton white comforter. Nothing special or delicate.nWe won’t be back-it’s just too much trouble and not great customer service.
