Fast. Courteous. Very Reasonable Pricing!
Excellent customer service. Brought in 3 pieces for same-day dry cleaning past the deadline. They made an exception for me and I was very thankful. They did a great job on my suit & dress shirt as well. Would give them a 10/5 stars if I could.
Initially they were ok, prices kept creeping up, which could be fine as long as the service stays the same or gets better. But this last time they charged me for dry cleaning and just ended up washing my shirt. Cannot tell by the pants but by the shirt collar you could tell they definitely just washed it because it did not wash out. This would be the first time in history that a dry cleaner cannot get my white shirt collar white again. It's not like it's permanent marker staining from my neck...now it has become a way overpriced dry cleaner that manages to screw up an order for a simple one shirt and one pair of slacks. Too bad I noticed it once I took the shirt out for on a two week work trip...will be switching to some other place.
New to the area and have been looking for a good cleaners. Shirts returned with perfect starch and pressing. Dry Cleaning and pressing has been excellent. Prices are best in Carmel/Indy area. Always ready when promised. Friendly, family owned business. Go there!
Best in Carmel. Dry cleaning done on premises. All clothing items are computer tagged and digitally tracked. I have never experienced a late, lost or misplaced an item. Very fast check-in, check-out and pay. To top it all off, their prices are very reasonable.
