I have been coming to Classic Cleaners for the better part of two years. Their quick service and attention to detail have been impressive. They also dramatically updated their store after moving to their new location off Main Street in Carmel. They now have 24/7 drop off/pick-up which I’ll use occasionally and is pretty convenient.nnTheo is what keeps me coming back though. He works the store most days and is who I interact with the most. He’s always been flexible and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I had an emergency where I needed a suit pressed in 24 hours to attend a funeral. I brought it in on a Friday. He let me know he was backed up until Monday. After explaining my situation he had it pressed within the hour. Truly a great example of the business he runs and the service provides.

We have been using Classic Cleaners (Main Street in Carmel) since we moved to Carmel 4 years ago. We love the place. Theo and staff at our location is awesome. Great customer service. They called immediately when they found my husband's building key in a pocket. Yaaah!nnWe have used them for laundry services, dry cleaning, (also cashmere and leather). and alterations. Everything has been returned quickly in great condition.nnI would recommend them to anyone who can use their services.

Classic Cleaners is within walking distance of my home which is the only reason I chose to give them a try. Despite the reason, I'm very glad I did! The employee working there was SO helpful, their use of digital communication to keep me updated on when my clothes were ready was very well done, and the condition of my clothes on the backend was perfect. I will absolutely be going back for all my dry cleaning needs for as long as I live here!
